Electromechanical Technician (EV & Green Energy)
Pay: $23–$25 per hour
The Opportunity: Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for how things work? We are seeking an Electromechanical Technician to join a well-respected R&D team in Syracuse. You’ll be at the forefront of innovation, working on electric motors and drive systems for the EV and renewable energy markets. This is a first-shift role in a collaborative, high-tech lab environment.

Technical Problem Solving: Operate high-voltage equipment (up to 700 VAC) and use oscilloscopes/DAQ systems to validate designs.
Innovation: Help develop new test procedures that ensure our products meet global safety and performance standards.
What You Bring:
An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology (or equivalent hands-on lab experience).
1+ year(s) of experience in a testing or lab environment.
The ability to read wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings.
