Manufacturing Associate – Assembler / 62219
$19.23 – $24.03/hour (DOE)

Sapphire Recruitment is seeking a Manufacturing Associate – Assembler to join a precision manufacturing team in Syracuse, NY. This position supports the assembly of specialized components while maintaining high quality and safety standards in a production environment.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
(30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks)

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble components according to detailed procedures and specifications

• Operate and maintain production tooling and equipment safely and efficiently

• Ensure completed assemblies meet established quality standards

• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation

• Follow documented procedures and quality system requirements

• Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance production processes

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED

• 1–3+ years of manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical procedures

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand tools

• Ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment
