Manufacturing Associate – Clean Test / 62218
$19.00 – $24.00/hour (DOE)

Sapphire Recruitment is seeking a Manufacturing Associate – Clean Test to join a precision manufacturing team in Syracuse, NY. This role supports the assembly, cleaning, and testing of specialized components and systems while ensuring all procedures meet strict quality and safety standards.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
(30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks)

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, fabricate, and replace components as required during production and testing

• Perform functional testing according to work orders, procedures, and specifications

• Review production schedules, test manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics to determine proper testing procedures

• Ensure work orders and documentation reflect the latest revisions before starting tasks

• Record and document test results accurately

• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to ensure reliable operation

• Communicate progress, issues, and updates to supervisors or management

• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED

• Manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience preferred

• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical instructions

• Experience using precision measuring tools

• Basic math skills including fractions and decimals

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
