Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Sapphire Recruitment is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a full-time opportunity with an established employer in the Syracuse area. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent customer support.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage customer orders, respond to inquiries, provide updates on order status, and work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Enter and process customer orders accurately
Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, pricing, availability, and returns
Communicate order status, shipping details, and delivery updates
Process order changes and related documentation
Coordinate with internal teams on pricing, forecasting, and shipments
Maintain accurate records and support reporting needs
Build positive relationships with customers and internal sales teams
Qualifications:
High school diploma required
3+ years of customer service experience
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
ERP or MRP experience preferred
Strong communication, phone, and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
