What You’ll Do:

As a vital member of the fabrication team, you will:

• Perform high-quality MIG and TIG welding on commercial lawn mower components.

• Execute welds in various positions to ensure maximum mechanical strength and durability.

• Take ownership of your station by setting machine voltage and wire speeds for perfect fusion.

• Collaborate with a safety-first team dedicated to manufacturing excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of MIG/TIG welding (preferred).

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active on the shop floor.

• A strong work ethic and a commitment to excellent attendance.

• A proactive approach to maintaining a safe work environment for yourself and your peers.
