Sapphire Recruitment is seeking an experienced TIG Welder to join a quality-driven manufacturing team known for its strong culture, long employee tenure, and commitment to continuous improvement. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive, team-focused environment.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM

What You’ll Do

• Perform TIG welding with additional GMAW, FCAW, and GTAW processes

• Work with aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel

• Use Plasma Arc and Oxy-Acetylene torches for metal cutting

• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering specifications, and shop orders

• Set up and execute production methods according to work instructions
