Sapphire Recruitment is hiring a CNC Laser Operator for a veteran-led, high-precision manufacturing environment serving aerospace, medical, defense, and industrial markets. This role offers hands-on work with advanced equipment and strong opportunities for skill development and career growth.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate CNC laser cutting equipment to meet print and traveler requirements

• Maintain safe material handling practices while achieving production efficiency goals

• Use calipers, tape measures, and other inspection tools to verify blueprint tolerances

• Identify material types, read sheet tags, and operate overhead cranes as needed

• Accurately document production activity and uphold quality standards

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of CNC laser operation experience preferred (training available for strong candidates)

• Working knowledge of metal fabrication processes

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints preferred

• Comfortable with Windows-based computer systems

• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and time management skills
