Sapphire Recruitment is seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join a precision manufacturing team serving aerospace, medical, defense, and industrial industries. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high-quality, team-oriented environment with strong growth potential.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate CNC equipment by entering programs, setting offsets, establishing zero/reference points, and proving out part programs

• Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T requirements

• Install and adjust fixtures, tooling, and machine attachments; indicate vises and tram heads

• Load materials and verify first-piece and in-process inspections to ensure quality standards

• Perform routine troubleshooting and operator-level maintenance

• Document production activity and communicate effectively across shifts

• Follow all safety procedures and support continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of CNC operating experience, including troubleshooting and basic maintenance

• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical process sheets

• Proficiency in measuring and inspecting machined parts

• Solid math skills (including basic geometry and trigonometry)

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and efficiency
