Rework Production Assembler (Project Assignment)
Pay: $19 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday (flexible start times): 7AM–3PM, 8AM–4PM, or 9AM–5PM
Duration: Temporary only – expected 4-6 weeks (or until project completion)

Sapphire Recruitment is seeking dependable, detail-focused assemblers to support a short-term rework project on HDMI video boards. If you have solid production or assembly experience and enjoy hands-on work with small components, this is a great opportunity to jump in quickly.

What you’ll do:

• Rework HDMI video boards on electronic devices

• Disassemble units (remove back panel, wingnuts, and screws using a low-speed drill)

• Disconnect and replace HDMI video boards from the motherboard

• Perform a quick test, then reassemble the unit

• Work with small parts and electro-static sensitive devices (ESD)

What we’re looking for:

• Strong production/assembly experience and comfort with repetitive work

• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail (fast, careful work—about 7 minutes per unit)

• Reliability and the ability to follow step-by-step instructions

Nice to have (but not required):

• Experience in an ESD-controlled environment

• PCB/board rework experience
  (Training will be provided if needed.)
