Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Cost Analysis: Lead all cost accounting activities, including standard cost updates, variance analysis, and margin reporting.

  • Inventory Management: Partner with supply chain and operations to track raw materials, WIP, and finished goods across multiple sites.

  • Financial Insights: Perform detailed flux analysis and account reconciliations to identify key business drivers.

  • Process Improvement: Identify gaps and provide recommendations for cost efficiencies across all departments.

  • Strategy & Reporting: Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning while leveraging IQMS for ERP reporting.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CMA or CPA is a plus).

  • Experience: 3+ years of hands-on manufacturing cost accounting experience.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (IQMS or Epicor preferred).

  • Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to perform detailed variance analysis and inventory reconciliation.

  • Communication: Strong ability to work cross-functionally and drive improvements proactively.
