Controls Specialist | $95K + OT | Direct Hire

Location: Syracuse, NY Area

Shift: 2nd Shift (2:15 PM – 10:45 PM, M-F)

Annual Base: $95,000 + Overtime Pay

Your Impact on the Floor

As the technical lead for our plant processing equipment, you will:

Master the Logic: Review ladder logic diagrams to diagnose and resolve complex PLC issues.
Keep Us Running: Troubleshoot and repair high-level electrical equipment and plant machinery.
Proactive Maintenance: Execute preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
System Upgrades: Lead the installation and integration of new processing equipment.

What You Bring to the Team

PLC Expertise: Proven experience troubleshooting Allen Bradley systems (specifically Micro Logic, SLC, and Control Logix).
Industrial Background: A solid history as an electrician or controls tech within a manufacturing environment.
