Accounting Administrator (Payroll & HR Support)

Location: Brewerton, NY (100% Onsite)

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour (Non-Exempt)

As the Accounting Administrator, you will be the vital link between finance, HR, and daily operations. This is a high-visibility role where your precision in payroll and your knack for office coordination keep the gears of a global manufacturer turning.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • The Payroll Pro: Own the weekly payroll cycle for our non-exempt workforce. You’ll manage time entries, ensure accuracy, and serve as the go-to for payroll-related questions.

  • AP & Financial Support: Keep our vendor relationships strong by assisting with invoice processing, digital documentation, and accounts payable workflow.  

  • Onboarding & Culture: Support the "Day One" experience for new hires and manage the logistics that make our office run smoothly, from conference room setups to travel arrangements.

  • Office Coordination: Manage the essentials—stocking supplies, coordinating meals for visitors, and maintaining a professional, organized environment.

What You Bring to the Team

  • The Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in an office, accounting, or HR environment (or an Associate’s degree).

  • Tech Savvy: Strong MS Excel skills are a must. If you have experience with Paylocity, Profit Key, or Dynamics, you’ll jump to the front of the line!

  • Detail-Oriented Mindset: You take pride in "getting it right the first time," whether it’s a payroll entry or a travel itinerary.

  • The "Can-Do" Spirit: You enjoy multitasking and aren't afraid to wear multiple hats to support the team.

  • Essentials: A valid driver’s license and a high level of integrity when handling confidential data.
