Key Responsibilities

Review & Quality Control: Perform final reviews on daily transactions (AP/AR) to ensure 100% accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
Treasury & Banking: Oversee all organizational banking, including wire/ACH processing, fraud mitigation (Positive Pay), and liquidity monitoring.
Reporting & Close: Support the Senior Director of Finance through the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close for various subsidiaries.
Audit Readiness: Keep the organization "audit-ready" at all times by maintaining impeccable documentation and refining internal processes.

Qualifications

Experience: 3+ years of general accounting experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field (or equivalent career experience).
Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience navigating online banking platforms/cash management tools.
Soft Skills: High level of integrity, sharp attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit.
Preferred: Prior experience in nonprofit accounting or multi-entity financial reporting.
