Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 + Comprehensive Benefits

How You Will Impact the Mission

Talent Acquisition & Brand Building: Own the full-cycle recruitment process. You’ll partner with managers to find the best tech and manufacturing talent, manage the candidate experience, and represent us at community events.
Onboarding Excellence: Create a world-class "Day One" experience that integrates new hires into our culture of innovation.
Employee Advocacy: Serve as the trusted advisor for benefits, policies, and career development. You are the "go-to" person for our most valuable asset—our people.
Culture & Engagement: Lead initiatives that make the Endicott site the best place to work in the region, from performance management coaching to team-building events.
Compliance & Operations: Ensure the site stays ahead of the curve regarding HR best practices, labor laws, and operational excellence.

What You Bring to the Team

The Experience: 5+ years of HR Generalist or Lead experience (Manufacturing or Tech environment preferred).
The Education: A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent career experience).
The Mindset: You are a problem-solver who can pivot from high-level strategy to hands-on tactical support in the same hour.
The Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust at every level of the organization.
Tech Savvy: High proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
