Assembly & Warehouse Associate | 1st Shift

Pay Range: $18.00 – $22.00 / hour (DOE)
Shift: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Your Impact on the Team

  • Precision Assembly: Use hand and power tools to build high-quality products following visual instructions.

  • Workflow Support: Prepare inventory carts for work orders and interface with ERP software to keep production moving.

  • Quality Assurance: Package products for shipment and participate in Kaizen methods to reduce defects and improve processes.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Experience: 1+ years of operating experience is preferred, but we will train candidates with manufacturing experience and strong mechanical aptitude.

  • Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift.

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Mindset: A team-player attitude, high energy, and a commitment to maintaining a clean work environment.
