Sapphire Recruitment is hiring a Customer Service Supervisor for a well-established pediatric adaptive equipment/e-commerce organization. This role is ideal for a PT, OT, PTA, OTA, or ATP who’s empathetic, solutions-driven, and comfortable supporting families online.
Evaluate customer needs and recommend solutions via phone, email, and live chat
Use measurement/intake forms to collect key details and ensure proper fit
Lead and support an 8–9 person customer service team; help resolve escalations
Coordinate with manufacturers on lead times and product questions
Support customer needs across multiple pediatric product lines
Pediatric adaptive equipment experience required
Current PT, OT, PTA, OTA license or ATP certification required
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and comfort using computers/e-commerce tools
Accounting software exposure a plus
On-site in Dolgeville, NY (some remote hours may be negotiable with a quiet home office)
