Welder (MIG/TIG) – Briggs & Stratton | Sherrill, NY

Briggs & Stratton is in growth mode—and we’re hiring Experienced Welders to join their growing team manufacturing commercial lawn mowers in Sherrill, NY.

Pay Rate

• A Shift (1st Shift): $23.50/hour

• B Shift (2nd Shift): $23.50/hour + 8% shift differential = $25.38/hour

Shifts

• A SHIFT: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Monday–Thursday + OT Fridays as needed

• B SHIFT: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM | Sunday–Thursday

What you’ll do

• Perform welding operations in all positions for mechanical strength

• Set welding machine voltage and wire speed for proper fusion

• Maintain quality, productivity, and safe work practices

Minimum qualifications

• 1+ years of welding experience preferred (MIG and TIG)

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Self-motivated and safety-oriented
