Machine Operator – Fabrication Department (Laser)

Shift Schedules & Compensation
We offer competitive pay rates and multiple shift options. Overtime is required as needed.

Shift	Hours	Pay Rate
1st Shift	Monday – Friday (6:30 AM – 2:30 PM)	$22.50/hr
2nd Shift	Monday – Friday (2:30 PM – 10:30 PM)	$24.30/hr ($22.50 + 8% diff)
3rd Shift	Sunday – Thursday (10:30 PM – 6:30 AM)	$24.30/hr ($22.50 + 8% diff)

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines and other fabrication equipment.
• Quality Control: Perform frequent inspections of finished parts to ensure they meet blueprints and technical specifications.
• Material Handling: Load and unload raw materials (steel/aluminum) and finished goods using appropriate equipment.
• Maintenance: Perform basic preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to minimize downtime.
• Safety First: Adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of PPE and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment (Laser or CNC experience preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings.
• Comfortable using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong work ethic and a reliable attendance record.
