Quality Technician 

Schedule: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Pay: $23 to $24 per hour DOE

We’re hiring a Quality Technician to support day-to-day product inspection and quality documentation. This position is on a closely supervised team with clear procedures and consistent routines, ideal for someone looking to grow in their career who enjoys detail-oriented work and teamwork.

What you will do

• Inspect products to confirm they meet established quality standards

• Document inspection results, create basic quality reports, and maintain accurate records

• Identify quality issues and communicate findings to the production team

• Support continuous improvement by recommending practical, minor process adjustments

• Train production personnel on quality procedures and standards as needed

• Participate in quality management system audits and related activities

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve quality and efficiency

Requirements: 

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 0 to 2+ years of related experience

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with quality control processes and documentation

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

• Clear communication skills and a positive, team-focused approach

• Ability to work independently while following defined procedures

• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or a similar quality management system is a plus
