Program Manager (On-site)

Salary: $120,000 to $140,000

Our client is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex, customer-facing programs from proposal through execution in a fast-paced manufacturing environment supporting mission-critical markets. This role owns on-time delivery, financial performance, and customer satisfaction while coordinating cross-functional teams and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Support customer proposals and win new programs

• Lead customer negotiations with focus on cost, resources, and contract requirements

• Manage full program lifecycle from start-up through execution

• Create and maintain program plans including statement of work, requirements, and deliverables

• Coordinate schedules, pricing, and technical performance

• Lead internal and customer program reviews

• Identify and mitigate program risks and drive corrective actions

• Track performance against technical, financial, schedule, and contractual goals

• Communicate status, risks, and progress to stakeholders

• Coordinate supplier and subcontractor meetings and site visits as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or business management, or equivalent experience

• 10 plus years in engineering, technical program management, or project management in manufacturing

• Strong program and project management knowledge, tools, and governance experience

• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead in a customer-facing role

• Self-directed and comfortable managing ambiguity

• Up to 25 percent travel

• Must be authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship available

• Role involves access to controlled technology subject to U.S. export control regulations. Must be a U.S. person (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual) or eligible to obtain required U.S. Government authorization
