- The Maintenance Manager will lead plant maintenance operations, driving equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and developing a high-performing team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Lead and elevate a high-performing maintenance team, driving proactive PM, advanced troubleshooting, and root cause elimination.
- Own and improve plant reliability and uptime across high-speed, automated production lines.
- Drive results through budget ownership and alignment to plant performance goals.
- Lead capital projects, equipment upgrades, and new installations from concept to execution.
- Partner with operations, engineering, and vendors to deliver continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure excellence in safety, regulatory compliance, and union environment leadership.
- Champion automation and PLC-driven enhancements to improve efficiency and performance.
- Bachelors in Engineering or related Technical degree.
- 5+ years of experience in high-speed manufacturing.
- 3+ years of leadership/supervisory experience.
- Strong Electrical background and troubleshooting experience.
- Knowledge of blow molding concepts desired.
- Experience with HVAC, refrigeration, and PLC systems (Allen-Bradley a plus).
