Your Role:
- Oversee all maintenance activities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations.
- Build, coach, and develop maintenance personnel while fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
- Implement maintenance strategies and best practices to reduce equipment failures and increase operational effectiveness.
- Coordinate maintenance resources, spending, and project priorities to meet production and business goals.
- Manage equipment installations, facility improvements, and capital investment projects from start to finish.
- Identify and implement process, equipment, and technology enhancements that improve performance and operational efficiency.
- BS in Engineering or related Technical degree.
- Previous experience in high-speed manufacturing.
- 3+ years of leadership/supervisory experience.
- Strong Electrical background and troubleshooting experience.
