Shipping Specialist – $19 per hour 
Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Specialist for a full-time role in New Hartford, NY. This is a great opportunity to join a stable company in a casual, team-oriented environment. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities of the Shipping Specialist include:

• Package and ship various computer equipment for customer and internal use
• Process outbound shipments using shipping systems
• Accurately complete required shipping documentation
• Maintain a clean and organized work area 
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping goals
• Lift and move packages up to 50 pounds as needed
• Utilize Microsoft 365 for shipping tasks and documentation

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Previous shipping experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
