Assistant Project Manager
Remote / 2 year contract / $33-43/hr DOE
Sapphire Recruitment is hiring an Assistant Project Manager to support clean energy incentive operations. This is a remote, full-time (40 hours/week) assignment supporting program execution, process improvements, and knowledge management.
This contract role is expected to last at least two years.
What You’ll Do
Review incentive applications and support timely processing
Prepare and execute award letters, assignments, modifications, and extension requests
Help develop and organize Standard Operating Procedures
Support operational process development and an internal information center/Knowledgebase
Partner with program staff on additional operational priorities as needed
What You Bring
1–3+ years of related experience in operations, program support, project coordination, or administration
Working knowledge of Oracle, PeopleSoft, or a similar system with high-volume data entry
Strong Excel skills and comfort working across multiple systems and databases
Ability to learn program rules quickly and apply them accurately
Strong writing, communication, and follow-through
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
Tools You’ll Use Salesforce, NEIS, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Acrobat
