Engineering Manager (100-145K)

We have a fantastic opportunity available for an Engineering Manager to join an established military and aerospace electronics manufacturer near Endwell, NY.

This is an excellent growth opportunity, ideal for a Senior or Lead Systems / Electrical Engineer that is ready to take the next step in their career into people management, while staying technically involved.

Job Duties:

• Management (70%):
  • Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team (EE, ME, CE).
  • Delegate work, set priorities, and track delivery metrics.

• Technical (30%):
  • Participate in circuit design reviews and technical decision-making.
  • Partner with manufacturing, quality, and program teams.

Education and Experience:

• BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering (MS preferred).
• 5–10+ years of electronics engineering experience.
• Senior/Lead Engineer or Technical Lead background.
• Strong circuit design and schematic review skills.
• Interest in growing into formal engineering leadership.
