Production Assembler
Pay: $17/hr + DOE
Full-Time, 1st Shift, 7:00am-3:30pm

Join a growing manufacturing team where your attention to detail and basic tool knowledge can lead to hands-on training and growth. We are seeking motivated Production Assemblers to join a collaborative and fast-paced environment. 

What You'll Do:

• Assemble lighting products and signs using hand tools and machines

• Follow tablet-based instructions (images, part counts, tools)

• Perform light wiring, crimping, and mechanical tasks

• Inspect finished products for quality

• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe

What We're Looking For:

• Tech-savvy enough to follow digital instructions

• Comfortable using basic tools like screwdrivers

• Reliable and able to follow detailed directions

• Previous assembly or wiring experience is a plus (not required)

• Steady work history preferred
