Warehouse Associate / 61996
$17–$20/hour dependent upon experience
Temp-to-Hire | Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm

Sapphire Recruitment is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations including inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving. This is a great opportunity to grow with a stable company. 

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials

• Pick, pack, and ship orders with accuracy

• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment

• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely

• Assist with shipping documentation and carrier coordination

• Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments

• Collaborate with internal teams to support customer and production needs

• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Warehouse or inventory experience preferred, not required

• Forklift experience/certification is a plus (or willingness to train)

• Basic computer and math skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
