Facilities HVAC Maintenance Technician
Pay Range: $25-$33/hr DOE

We’re hiring a skilled Facilities HVAC Maintenance Technician to support a high-production industrial facility. This hands-on role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment to ensure continuous operations. If you have a strong technical background, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently, we want to hear from you. US Citizenship or permanent residency is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment

• Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance tasks

• Diagnose issues using manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools

• Replace or repair parts on motors, circuits, valves, pumps, and other systems

• Install wiring, conduit, sensors, and other components for new or modified machinery

• Document work in maintenance systems and communicate updates to team

• Follow all safety and environmental protocols, including chemical handling procedures

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED required

• 5–7+ years of hands-on experience in equipment maintenance preferred

• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and pneumatic systems

• Ability to read technical diagrams and use diagnostic tools

• Basic computer skills for work order tracking and communication

• Ability to lift 40 lbs, work in confined spaces, and perform physical tasks as needed

• Must supply own basic hand tools

• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed - ability to work other shifts is a strong plus
