Sapphire Recruitment is partnering with a local organization to hire a reliable and detail-oriented Temporary Administrative Assistant to support an aftermarket operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, customer interaction, and multitasking in a fast-paced office environment. This temporary role is expected to last at least 3 months.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and process purchase orders accurately
Handle incoming phone calls and customer inquiries
Provide administrative support including invoicing, filing, and reporting
Assist with parts identification, pricing quotes, and order coordination
Support shipping activities as needed (packaging, processing UPS/FedEx shipments)
Communicate with internal teams and domestic/international customers
Perform general office and administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
Strong Microsoft Office skills are a must
Prior administrative or customer service experience preferred
Aftermarket or parts-related experience is a plus
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work accurately under pressure
