Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM 

Sapphire Recruitment is partnering with a local organization to hire a reliable and detail-oriented Temporary Administrative Assistant to support an aftermarket operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, customer interaction, and multitasking in a fast-paced office environment. This temporary role is expected to last at least 3 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and process purchase orders accurately

  • Handle incoming phone calls and customer inquiries

  • Provide administrative support including invoicing, filing, and reporting

  • Assist with parts identification, pricing quotes, and order coordination

  • Support shipping activities as needed (packaging, processing UPS/FedEx shipments)

  • Communicate with internal teams and domestic/international customers

  • Perform general office and administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills are a must

  • Prior administrative or customer service experience preferred

  • Aftermarket or parts-related experience is a plus

  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work accurately under pressure
