Sapphire Recruitment is partnering with a large healthcare facility to hire Materials Management Drivers for the Central Equipment Services team. This role supports the safe, timely movement of medical equipment across hospital and ambulatory locations.

Schedule

• Primary shift: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM

• Every other weekend: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• Rotating pass days, weekends, and some holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Transport medical equipment between patient care areas, campuses, ambulatory sites, and an off-site warehouse

• Deliver and return beds and stretchers for repair, ensuring proper documentation

• Assist with hallway clearing and equipment relocation in coordination with facilities staff

• Support OnDemand equipment requests as needed

• Receive equipment deliveries, unload trucks, and apply property identification

• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment

• Work independently, manage time effectively, and remain on your feet for most of the shift

Qualifications

• Valid New York State Driver’s License appropriate for the vehicle operated

• Ability to prioritize tasks and perform physical duties including standing, walking, and material handling
