$26–$30/hour 
Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm

Sapphire Recruitment is seeking a hands-on Service Technician to join a growing team dedicated to maintaining and repairing specialized vehicles. This role is ideal for mechanically inclined professionals from automotive, motorcycle, aviation, or similar technical backgrounds. Work primarily takes place on-site in a shop environment with occasional travel. No CDL required — DOT clearance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic/air suspension, and HVAC systems

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance to keep vehicles operating safely and efficiently

• Maintain accurate service records and ensure compliance with safety standards

• Communicate clearly with customers and team members regarding repair needs and progress

• Support urgent “out of service” requests when necessary

• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving technologies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred

• 2+ years of mechanical experience (automotive, heavy equipment, cycles, aircraft, etc.)

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• Own set of hand tools (power tools provided)

• Ability to lift heavy parts and work in physically demanding environments

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Willingness to work flexible or overtime hours when needed
