 $21.64/hour + bonus plan (bonus eligibility begins after training period)

Sapphire Recruitment is seeking an entry-level Sales Representative for a growing organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in sales with full training provided during the first 90 days. Once training is complete, you will be eligible for a performance-based bonus program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn to generate new sales activity and build relationships with prospective customers

• Provide responsive customer service to new accounts

• Qualify leads, identify opportunities, and support branch sales goals

• Log all sales activity using CRM and related tools

• Collaborate closely with Inside Sales and Regional Sales teams

• Continue developing product and industry knowledge

Qualifications:

• Strong communication, customer service, and analytical skills

• Proficient with Outlook, Word, and Excel

• Degree preferred; or 4+ years of sales experience

• Industry knowledge is helpful but not required
