Warehouse Associate

Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm 

Sapphire Recruitment is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations for one of our valued partners. This role is essential in ensuring products are received, stored, and distributed accurately and safely.

What You’ll Do

• Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling and storage of all products.

• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing inventory.

• Pull and stage orders using pick sheets and follow FIFO rotation standards.

• Assist with cycle counts, inventory checks, and reporting discrepancies.

• Keep warehouse, docks, and grounds clean; complete cleaning logs as required.

• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely; report equipment issues promptly.

• Work comfortably in varied warehouse conditions, including freezer environments.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Prior warehouse experience preferred, but not required.

• Experience with forklifts and pallet jacks is a plus.

• Ability to lift 60+ pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

• Strong organizational, mathematical, and teamwork skills.

• Commitment to safety and adherence to established procedures.

Schedule & Benefits
Full-time, 40 hours per week.
