ADMINISTRATIVE / SALES ASSISTANT (61882)

HOURS:       Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

PAY RATE: $20.00 /hr. 

Sapphire Recruitment is partnering with a reputable distributor in Liverpool, NY to find an Administrative / Sales Assistant to become a vital part of their team!  This is an immediate need!

Duties & responsibilities for the Administrative Sales Assistant include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Answer telephones and emails from customers regarding their purchase orders
  • Perform sales related tasks requested by Sales Team
  • Customer Service - assisting clients with their order inquiries and troubleshooting
  • Expedite and update purchase orders/quotes - enter data in tracking systems
  • Process mail
  • Other duties as assigned

Background Profile of the Administrative Sales Assistant include:

  • High School Diploma or GED required 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience in ERP and CRM systems a plus
  • Experience with order processing and warehouse control
  • Good knowledge and experience with basic PC skills; Outlook, Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and be detail-oriented
