Maintenance Technician
Pay: $25.92/hr
Schedule: Full-Time | 2nd shift

Sapphire Recruitment is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support a manufacturing facility by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment, building systems, and plant infrastructure. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to work across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on a variety of machinery and systems.

• Maintain and repair building, electrical, plumbing, and hydraulic systems.

• Perform machining or bench operations to modify or repair tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures.

• Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives.

• Complete other maintenance and repair tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• 1.5+ years of technical experience in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively on a team and communicate clearly.

• Basic computer skills and ability to follow detailed instructions.

• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally and perform physical labor throughout the shift.
