Monday–Friday, 10:00am-6:00pm (must be flexible and have the ability to work 12pm-8pm for special events)

Sapphire Recruitment is seeking a professional, outgoing Receptionist to join a great team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys supporting entrepreneurs, startups, and business leaders.

As the first point of contact, you’ll help create a welcoming, organized, and professional atmosphere. You’ll manage front desk operations, coordinate meeting spaces, assist with events, and provide administrative support to staff based in the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, entrepreneurs, and guests with professionalism and warmth.

  • Answer and direct calls, emails, and general inquiries.

  • Manage meeting room scheduling and event logistics.

  • Maintain a tidy, inviting reception area and ensure security protocols are followed.

  • Handle mail, deliveries, and office supply orders.

  • Provide administrative and communications support to on-site staff.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • 1–2+ years of experience in reception, customer service, or administrative support.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Zoom, Slack, or Calendly preferred.

  • A genuine interest in entrepreneurship and innovation.
