MIG - TIG Welder
$24.00 – $35.00/hr (DOE)

We’re seeking an experienced MIG-TIG Welder to join a busy, quality-focused production team in Rochester, NY.

If you take pride in clean welds, consistent output, and working with sheet metal assemblies, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

• Weld and fabricate sheet metal assemblies using MIG and TIG processes, with and without fixtures
• Meet hourly production rates while maintaining high quality standards
• Perform grinding, finishing, and packing of completed parts
• Use basic inspection tools to verify part quality and record inspection data
• Read and interpret prints, drawings, and weld symbols
• Assist with other shop tasks as needed and adhere to QMS requirements

• 5+ years of MIG and TIG welding experience
• Ability to read blueprints, weld symbols, and written instructions
• Experience using basic inspection equipment and documenting results
• Ability to lift metal parts, load/unload fixtures, and stand for an 8-hour shift
• Strong focus on quality, safety, and efficiency
• Robotic welding and other sheet metal fabrication experience are a plus
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
