MARIS Operator / 61844
$17.00- $18/hour (includes 10% shift differential)
Sunday – Thursday, 11 PM – 7 AM
 

Sapphire Recruitment is seeking a MARIS Operator to join a dynamic production team. This role involves operating Hardline Automation Machines 1 and 2, ensuring efficient and safe production while meeting customer demands. Experience with robotic systems, camera vision, and automated assembly is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor automated machinery to meet production goals.
• Coordinate with previous shift operators on quality and production updates.
• Maintain safety standards, including proper use of PPE and safe material handling.
• Accurately report daily production and scrap data.
• Adapt to changing production priorities as directed by leadership.
• Perform quality checks and maintain a production rate above 90%.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Support teamwork and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of relevant experience.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Strong teamwork and independent work capabilities.
