We’re hiring a Manufacturing - Process Engineer in the Binghamton, NY area.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands on engineering, fast paced problem solving, and making an immediate impact on production performance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Improve manufacturing processes to boost efficiency, quality, and cost savings.
- Conduct time studies and maintain accurate labor standards in the ERP system.
- Support new product introductions (from prototype builds to production readiness).
- Update Bills of Materials and develop clear process documentation and work instructions.
- Identify tooling / equipment needs and prepare CapEx justifications.
- Provide day to day floor support and training for operators and staff.
- Participate in Engineering Change Notifications and collaborate with internal/external technical teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing (preferred).
- Familiarity with machining, automation, or SolidWorks (a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on, collaborative mindset.
