Compensation: $90,000–$130,000 base salary

About the Role
The Customer Solutions Engineer acts as the technical bridge between customers, sales, and internal engineering/manufacturing teams. Based in the Seattle area, this role partners closely with customers across the Pacific Northwest to identify design opportunities, provide application guidance, and drive business growth through collaborative technical support.
This is a customer-facing engineering role focused on design collaboration and application development—not field service or repair.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with customers, sales, and product teams to define and translate requirements into engineering solutions.
Review drawings, 3D models, and specs for manufacturability and compliance.
Provide application and design guidance for connector and harness systems.
Advise on testing, qualification, and cost considerations.
Support new business initiatives through technical research and solution development.
Coordinate with design, quality, and production teams to ensure alignment from concept to delivery.
Maintain visibility on project milestones, customer satisfaction, and product launches.
Travel domestically and occasionally internationally (25–50%).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline preferred.
Proficiency with CAD/Creo or similar tools.
Experience with connectors, cable assemblies, or wire harness design strongly preferred.
Knowledge of IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards a plus.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote, collaborative environment.
U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency required.
