- Lead site wide Lean and Operational Excellence initiatives.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies aligned with business goals.
- Serve as a change agent, training and mentoring employees in Lean tools and culture.
- Conduct Lean assessments and lead cross-functional projects to improve flow, quality, and efficiency.
- Track project KPIs and prepare regular updates for leadership.
Education and Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- 3–5 years of Lean / Operational Excellence experience in a manufacturing environment (aerospace assembly preferred).
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt) preferred.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Proven ability to drive measurable improvement and engage teams at all levels.
