CNC Operator – 2nd Shift

Pay: $22–$30 per hour, DOE
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 3:00 pm–1:30 am

What you’ll do

• Set up and operate CNC machines (load tools/fixtures, set zeros and offsets, verify programs).

• Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T; perform basic math, geometry, and trigonometry for setups.

• Inspect parts using appropriate measuring tools; complete production and quality logs.

• Perform operator-level preventive maintenance and troubleshoot issues to keep equipment running safely.

• Communicate shift handoffs and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What you bring

• 3+ years of CNC operation with operator-level maintenance/troubleshooting.

• Proficiency reading blueprints, process sheets, and technical data.

• Solid inspection skills and attention to detail.

• Safety-first mindset and strong teamwork.
