Quality Technician / Inspector – 2 Openings

We are seeking detail-oriented Quality Technicians and/or Inspectors to join an aerospace manufacturing team. These positions support inspection and quality assurance of CNC-machined components, ensuring compliance with AS9100/ISO 9001 standards and customer requirements.

Compensation:

• Technician: $22–$27/hr (DOE)
• Inspector: $19–$23/hr (DOE)

Schedule: Full-time, day shift | Immediate openings

Key Responsibilities

• Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections on precision aerospace components using micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, CMMs, optical comparators, and other tools
• Interpret blueprints and GD&T requirements
• Record inspection results accurately in quality records and ERP systems
• (Technician) Prepare and maintain documentation such as First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs), PPAP packages, and audit support
• (Inspector) Focus on hands-on inspection with less emphasis on documentation

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required
• At least 1 year of quality inspection experience in a machine shop environment
• Ability to read blueprints and apply GD&T
• Preferred: CMM experience, GD&T expertise, use of optical comparators, and familiarity with AS9102 FAIRs and PPAP
• Technician must be proficient with computers (MS Word, Excel, email, ERP systems)
