Customer Service Associate 

HOURS:      8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday - Friday

PAY RATE: $18-21/hr. DOE

Sapphire Recruitment is partnering with an innovative company in Syracuse, NY to find a Customer Service Associate to become a vital part of their team!

Duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Enter customer orders - quickly and accurately
• Update and maintain database
• Answer phones
• Assist customers in determining order requirements or services
• Troubleshoot customer issues during delivery process
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED
• 1-2+ years of related experience
• Excellent typing skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong Computer Proficiency
