Customer Service Representative  

Part-Time evening shifts with one weekend evening a week!
5:00PM - 10:00PM
$18.00/hr.

Sapphire Recruitment is partnering with an established heating and fueling company in Syracuse, NY to find Customer Service Representatives!

We are in search of 10+ talented, ambitious individuals who are interested in being part of a team that recognizes achievements and celebrates successes!  This is a long term temporary assignment with potential for growth and advancement!

Duties include:

• Respond to service requests
• Investigate and resolve customer questions and concerns
• Prepare and distribute reports on a regular and timely basis
• Billing and payments
• Participate in inside sales activities

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2 years of experience in customer service or call center
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Strong Computer and data entry skills
