Warehouse Associate – First Shift
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week, occasional overtime
Pay: $20–$24/hour, depending on experience
 

Join a growing team as a Warehouse Associate supporting shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory accuracy for a well-established company in Baldwinsville, NY. This is a hands-on, full-time position with stable hours and room to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and ship orders according to procedures and timelines

• Receive, inspect, and label incoming materials

• Organize and replenish inventory with accuracy

• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move goods safely

• Coordinate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving goals

• Perform routine cycle counts and maintain accurate records

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and complete required training

• Communicate clearly with team leads and follow company policies

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Forklift experience is preferred.
