Key Responsibilities:
Develop, modify, and implement CMM programs using Tecnomatix Quality and MeasureMax
Operate CMMs, blue light scanners (Atos), and manual inspection tools
Perform detailed layouts of castings, patterns, wax tools, cores, and gauges
Interpret complex CAD models, blueprints, and apply GD&T standards
Complete and review inspection documentation and reports
Investigate anomalies, validate measurement results, and support root cause analysis
Ensure compliance with AS9100 and ISO quality standards
Collaborate closely with Engineering and Production teams
Qualifications:
Associate degree in engineering technology or equivalent experience
5+ years of CMM programming experience preferred
Proficient with Tecnomatix, Atos Professional, MeasureMax, and Unigraphics
Strong understanding of GD&T and dimensional inspection principles
Ability to train others and complete customer-specific documentation
