Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, modify, and implement CMM programs using Tecnomatix Quality and MeasureMax

• Operate CMMs, blue light scanners (Atos), and manual inspection tools

• Perform detailed layouts of castings, patterns, wax tools, cores, and gauges

• Interpret complex CAD models, blueprints, and apply GD&T standards

• Complete and review inspection documentation and reports

• Investigate anomalies, validate measurement results, and support root cause analysis

• Ensure compliance with AS9100 and ISO quality standards

• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Production teams

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in engineering technology or equivalent experience

• 5+ years of CMM programming experience preferred

• Proficient with Tecnomatix, Atos Professional, MeasureMax, and Unigraphics

• Strong understanding of GD&T and dimensional inspection principles

• Ability to train others and complete customer-specific documentation
