Sapphire Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with Accounts Payable (A/P) Support experience for a temp-to-hire opportunity in a dynamic office setting. This role supports daily administrative operations and assists with A/P processing, payroll reporting, and general office coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and enter A/P invoices, resolve discrepancies with vendors
Provide administrative support including data entry, report printing, and call handling
Assist with payroll preparation and employee records
Maintain supply inventory and office budget records
Support planning of employee events and training documentation
Serve as back-up support during supervisor or receptionist absence
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
1+ year of A/P experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Typing speed of 40+ WPM
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
