Facilities Maintenance Technician 

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
$28 - $34/hr DOE

We are hiring a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Syracuse, NY. This role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing facility and production equipment to ensure smooth and safe operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, preventive maintenance, and repairs on facility and production equipment

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, including live electrical work up to 480V

• Support equipment moves and setups, including rigging and utility connections

• Handle basic welding, fabrication, carpentry, plumbing, and seasonal grounds care

• Complete routine inspections and documentation for emergency systems and hazardous materials compliance

• Maintain accurate work orders and support continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED

• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Commitment to safety and facility standards
