Location: Conklin, NY (Onsite, Full-Time)
Salary Range: $70,000 – $80,000/year

Our client is a Conklin, NY–based manufacturer serving the industrial materials processing sector. They specialize in high-performance screening products used in applications such as mining, aggregates, topsoil, recycling, and industrial materials. All of their products are proudly made in the United States — including sourcing raw materials exclusively from domestic suppliers. With a team of just over 50 employees, they operate in a tightly integrated, highly collaborative environment, delivering American-made quality with unmatched lead times and customer service.
This is a rare opportunity to lead the entire marketing function as an individual contributor, reporting directly to company ownership. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on marketing capabilities, a creative mindset, and the ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally.
About the Role:
This is a fully onsite role based in Conklin, NY. The Marketing Manager will be the sole person responsible for all marketing strategy and execution — spanning both traditional and digital channels. While you’ll work alongside sales and customer service teams, this is not a people management role and has no direct reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the full marketing lifecycle: strategy, execution, analysis, and optimization
- Execute traditional marketing initiatives:
- Trade shows, direct mail, print advertising, and marketing collateral
- Product launches, market research, customer acquisition and re-engagement campaigns
Lead digital marketing efforts:
Website optimization and SEO
PPC and Google Ads
Social media content and management
Email campaigns and online storefront oversight
Reporting and performance analytics
Design visual assets (e.g., brochures, product sheets, vehicle wraps)
Occasionally capture and edit short-form video content (via phone or GoPro)
Manage external vendors or contractors for projects as needed (e.g., signage), but handle creative/design work internally
Work cross-functionally with customer service and sales reps to support branding, product messaging, and communications
Continuously improve marketing processes, tools, and reporting systems
What We're Looking For:
- 3–5 years of experience in a well-rounded B2B marketing role
- Strong hands-on skills in graphic design and video editing
- Experience managing SEO, Google Ads, and website content
- Skilled in email marketing platforms and campaign management
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Self-starter who is proactive, creative, detail-oriented, and analytical
Bonus Experience:
- Background in industrial manufacturing, materials processing, or related B2B environments
- Experience working in a lean or solo marketing role
