We are looking to hire a Manufacturing Project Engineer to work for an established Manufacturer in the Binghamton, NY area.

What You’ll Do:
Drive manufacturing process improvements focused on enhancing quality, efficiency, and throughput.
Coordinate capital equipment and process projects with suppliers, excluding technical selection and budgeting responsibilities.
Diagnose and resolve production issues by identifying root causes and implementing effective corrective actions to improve output and quality.
Develop, revise, and maintain accurate technical, process, and maintenance documentation.
Standardize and continuously improve operational procedures and production documentation.
Support ERP-based production planning and job routing; leverage ERP data and analytics for process optimization and problem-solving.
Partner with cross-functional teams to advance 5S, Lean, and continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing floor.
Education and Experience:
AAS or BS degree in Engineering or related field
3-5 years in a manufacturing or process improvement role.
