- Drive manufacturing process improvements focused on enhancing quality, efficiency, and throughput.
- Coordinate capital equipment and process projects with suppliers, excluding technical selection and budgeting responsibilities.
- Diagnose and resolve production issues by identifying root causes and implementing effective corrective actions to improve output and quality.
- Develop, revise, and maintain accurate technical, process, and maintenance documentation.
- Standardize and continuously improve operational procedures and production documentation.
- Support ERP-based production planning and job routing; leverage ERP data and analytics for process optimization and problem-solving.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to advance 5S, Lean, and continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing floor.
- AAS or BS degree in Engineering or related field
- 3-5 years in a manufacturing or process improvement role.
- Prior continuous improvement experience preferred.
- Comfortable working across departments (Production, Quality, Maintenance)
